The Empowered Figure was born as a result of years of frustration wearing activwear that was always ill-fitting, and always feeling like we had to squeeze into the small sizes they offered.
THE STUDIO COLLECTION EXPLAINED
The Empowered Figure was created for you to be worn at any stage in your fitness journey.
Whether it's day one, or day one hundred.
The first collection "The Studio" is named in respects to my time spent as a young girl dancing, and in more recent years teaching. Dancing was my first taste of team sport, and inspires me now as an adult to maintain my fitness.
My fitness journey started when my parents watched me walk into the dance studio, bright eyed and bushy tailed, unsure of where to next....
So let me take you back to the studio, this is where The Empowered Figure's journey starts, and just like mine, I hope you are empowered to move, groove and live creatively and unapologetically.
